Mist shrouds the bank,
highlit under the moon's watch-
her silver rays caress the haze;
spires of rock peep about
under her silky sheets.
Author notes
This was a poem inspired by a picture of a fog bank at night over the edge of a shore and the water. I hope you enjoy!

Upon the oceans bed, her sheets lie in silky shapes around the pillows of rock that thrust upward to be lit in the sliver rays. Thank you for entering into the contest. Be well and be blessed,
