My bank account is near empty
and I don't have a regular wage,
so my gift to you is quite simple.
You can print it off on a page!
It comes from right here, in Ireland
from my little two bedroom flat,
to wish you every happiness
and much more on top of all that.
I'll send you the gift of blarney,
with the luck of the Irish too,
a few little hugs and kisses
and maybe a blessing or two.
I'll extend the hand of friendship
across oceans and sea's so wide
and will offer the gift of love,
crossing over our vast divide.
I'll send you hopes for the future,
a life filled with laughter and joy.
and dreams for long years spent in love
with, maybe, a nice Irish boy.
Best wishes to you, dear Cheryl,
my newly acquired AP friend.
I'm off now to type this entry,
to edit, spell check and hit send !

How could anyone resist these offers of gifts, for a friendship is truly one to cherish amid many years, oh and if the offer of the irish boy still stands lol I'll take him too
Thank you so very, very much!
