Never forget to pause . . .
Listen to the rustle of leaves
And let the wind’s song blend . . .
With the silent music in your head
Be ever attentive to nature . . .
Whether it is the glory of Sunrise
The cool white face of the Moon
Or the audible silence of the desert
Be aware of all animals and insects
For they are in tune with the Earth
They are sensitive to all things . .
With senses long forgotten by man
Value the mountains and rivers
And their thirst quenching waters . .
The trees and the vines of the forest
And the bountiful foods of the fields
Never ignore the gentle swell . . .
Of the great ocean as it flexes . . .
It’s ever present liquid strength . . .
That protect and sustain the fishes
Respect the Earth and all that’s in it
Be mindful of others at all times
And be grateful and humble
To the God of all living things
