Watching my careless days melt away
Now only a puddle, a shadow of what they were
I have only memories to cherish
Sweet memories and their soft allure
How could it all be gone
My snowman melted before it was ever there
Now I’m lost in a sea of confusion
Maturity that never ceases to glare
