Trust

O to be in love with a moody man
Listening to problems through out the day
He always tries to do the best that he can
I love him to death, so with him I’ll stay
I tell him to relax; God has a plan
He pacifies me and does it his way
He’s the kind of guy a woman will seek
He’s my strength, my rock; he’s there when I’m weak

The time has come when he must move away
So with a tear in his eye, he came to me
With the weight in my heart, I began to pray
I looked to the sky with a bended knee
God answered me like a flowering bouquet

I was given the answer, don't you see?
He told me He'd remove his comfort zone
He’d bless his life and he’d not be alone

My God never fails, He’s always been true
He answered me when He came in my dreams
Revealed in my sleep what my man would do
This is all good and it’s not what it seems
Tell him to trust God, if he only knew
Follow the spirit, forget all his schemes
I saw in my dream that soon there’d be three
God makes the rules, He has set His decree

    wow

I really enjoyed this style and can't wait to give it a try. Hope it isn't as hard as that other form was took me two hours, although I am having writere block right now, working on my book instead. Again this is awsome.

The Ottava Rima is one of my favorite forms, so I can't help but admire this very well-crafted and lovely poem. Both the form and the content were a delight. Keep up the wonderful works.

Amera, Another perfect form written by you that is filled with love, faith, hope and such beauty. I have not attempted an Ottava Rima though I have read a few. This flowed softly and your rhythm and rhyme were done to perfection. Nothing from you is forced as the beauty that you share comes straight from your heart to the page. Thank you for again sharing of your special gift with all of us. Kudos for this magnificent piece, it is brilliant. Love you my friend, Joyce

This is really really good! I especially like the ghghghii verse. It's good enough to make me read it more than once, twice, three times. Very good and three bunnies!!
