Over the Sickness

I've been over the sickness
for quite some time
even though it's not over me
I'm so over it now...

I love my friends
and I know without doubt
that they all love me
through the ins and the outs

And this sickness has held on
for way too damn long
and I'm letting it know
that I am too strong

I'm not giving in
no matter what
and it makes me so mad
to think I've been counted out

I'm here
for good
get used to it
