'O love is the crooked thing,
There is nobody wise enough
To find out all that is in it,
For he would be thinking of love
Till the stars had run away' -W. B. Yeats
Truly an understated feeling this was but unseemingly
it wasn't what I expected to say the least; compartments
flooded every reverie traversed upon, and still, this
unknown promise was created
Questioned, this soul fumbled to scribe
through roughened exteriors; street lamps
flickered endlessly as if they themselves
knew those words yet, soemthing held back
Was it I who feared this trepidation?
