This is a wonderful mantra. I shall have to place a copy in my suana to meditate by. It is a long journey to learn that grace and love are now and the best moment we have is the breath we take now.

I try
I have had a heck of a year and I am trying to see the love that surounds me. Sometimes its so hard to keep your chin up but I am doing my best. Bravo on your pets you have and what kind of birds do you have. I have a great pyraneese and a border collie and a cat named banjo and a cocketile named daisy and we are baby sitting a tea cup chihhuawa named taco . A house ful and they sure keep us busy -
