Caressing winds with words
Cascading through the sky
Capturing hearts, softly
Calling us to join her
Crusade to love the World.
Cannonsfire, our dear friend
Come...Celebrate the joy! ~

Happy Birthday, C!

This titled form was invented in 1999 by Craig Tigerman, Sol Magazine's Lead Editor. Only one
word is allowed in the title followed by a single seven-line stanza. The first word in each line begins
with the same letter as the title. Hortensia Anderson, a popular haiku and tanka poet, added her
own requirement of restricting the line length to six syllables.

Never a truer word said. I just met her recently after commenting on a poem of hers and now she has contributed the most beautiful remembrance poem for a contest I am holding to compile a booklet of poems to mark the 20th anniversary of the death of my dear friends son. Such a woman of inspiring words penning words of another inspirational writer. Well done my dear friend. Gotta try that form out myself but could take some time !!!!!
