Serenity…

placed beyond my pier
in slumber’s flow,
      arousing to my senses
            yet unknown

I wake
within the water’s spectral sea,

caressing

      lucid lips

...as waters peak

When I think of you I see and hear water...smell the ocean and the feel the gentle sway and murmur of the waves. Beautiful poetry...a whole ocean of peace and serenity in these few lines... it read like a soft caress. Lovely work, my friend
