How I Long To.

How I long to hold you
and whisper in your ear
the words I long to say
that I hold so very dear.

How I long to kiss you
and never let you go
for I love you oh so much
but this, I think you know.

How I long to be
the woman, you adore
and have you love me deeply
so tenderly and more.

How I long to see
the sparkle in your eyes
which always send me soaring
into the bluest skies.

How I long to tell you
that I love you with all my heart
and from these feelings for you
I could never part.

How I long to erase
all this pain I feel
for this heartache that I have
is so very, very real.

How I long to have
the slightest chance with you
so that you can see
anything, I'd do for you.

great devotion deserving like for like.

This is what one would call pure devotion, but strangely, these kinds of people, like I, you or anyone who wish to put so much into what they believe is love, becomes such that love boils over into something that cannot be claimed so high, those expectations that obliterate such devotion are often squashed and sadly, words like these, reach the hearts of those who have themselves been given torid times., In the perfect world such praise would be paradise!

It amazes me how much love can hurt sometimes. It seems that we give of ourselves to the last morsel, and when there is absolutely nothing left-- we give even more. Healing comes in time but who truly knows what the span of that may be. I have felt these sentiments before. I must say that even in a marriage of longevity, there is pain. Today is my 34th wedding anniversary. WE have come to know that just as life, so is love. It is a roller coaster ride but the thrill of it for me, surpasses the pain. I wish you well in the contest and in life.

    Much Love ♥

Oooh. I like this one a lot.
One of the best so far.
This is exactly my style of writing and I'm almost upset I didn't create it myself.
    Goodluck in my contest.
