the devil in the dark

swishing curtains,creaking doors,

she feels she walks on wobbly floors,

she squints to see through bleary eyes,

she finds her bed and there she lies.

the world just wont stop spinning,

so she turns to lie face down,

she slips into sub-conciousnes,

her senses start to drown.

he skulks there in the darkness,

and not a word is said,

as he blends into the blackness,

and ties her to the bed.

his roaving hands are everywhere,

as he claws her silky dress,

this bastard does not have a soul,

this cunt could not care less.

he licks his evil fingers,

her ass is firm and tight,

he slips one deep inside her,

she cant summon up the fight.

this devils now upon her,

her ass is in the air,

he drags long nails across her back,

and pulls her long dark hair.

she makes a massive effort,

to turn to see his face,

but time stood still, she lost the will,

and he was gone without a trace...

  • Wow... this was amazing.
    Your rhyme was spectacular
and woah the visuals so raw.
    Such ache stemming from
    this write, yet so brilliantly
    penned.

    Thanks for a great read!
& keep up the good work

"she slips into sub-conciousnes" This spelling error needs to be corrected or per my rules I have to DQ. I don't want to do that though, I really like this. This is one of very few poems that have both metered rhyme and an excellent, unbroken flow. Thank you for entering my contest. I will be checking on this entry again later, let me know.

This would be a frightful exzperience. Whether a devil or demon in the literal sense or an invader or a monsterous person we know, this would be terrifying.. Bastard is right!! Anyway loved this expression.

I liked it, it didn't really evoke much emotion it was kind of depressing... but I liked it allot. Good job. (Maybe try to tie in more imagery?)
