I remember it like nothing else
The first time we have met
My heart was cold and lonely
Sitting there that rainy day
I remember hearing your voice
As if coming from the heavens
You invited me to come with you
on this long and dangerous journey
I remember the first time
You uttered those faithful words
Choking to say the same
I never felt before
I remember our first fight
And the second, and the third
Breaking off the pieces
Of my heart that was just warming
I remember what you did
Yet you told me you did not
Your voice is no longer from the heavens
But in some distant galaxy
I remember when things got better
Although it took some time
My crumbling heart must be rebuilt
And you may have to wait
I remember it like nothing else
Falling in love that is
I didn't really mean to
But now I'm glad I did
