I have seen walls made of steel,
Crumble and Dissolve into thin /Air/
I have felt the passion and loyalty formed from Family,
Spoiled under hatred's rays.
I have sensed forces greater then myself,
And have experienced those senses fail.
But, what has destroyed my core, my being, my essence
Is that which once gave me life.
/HOME/
MY home,
Which has abandoned me,
Leaving me to cry helplessly on the side of the road,
Knee high in human waste and broken dreams.
MY home,
Which has thrown me away,
Allowing my hopes to rise into the universe,
And fall back down to shatter with each raindrop.
The same raindrops that caress my flesh,
Only to burn like acid into my bones.
/May Death kiss me now: for I have nowhere to go/
{Ratios, of give or take,
Flood and flow over the line in which I did not create.
Take me now for the end is near
Take me now and end my fear}
I have seen walls made of steel...
Once upon a time,
When everything was REAL.
Please tell me what you think

There was nature that surrounded this, which made me love it even more... I love nature.
Aside form that the emotions... oh my, they were overflowing. *applaud* The title simply captures sweetness going into nothing but bitterness. I love this write. I can't get over how much I love it.
blessed be
