    Your title introduced your write nicely. Sorry you got bitten! Hope it didn't hurt too bad. This was a unique topic for a poem because it included a personal experience; I love recieving something different in my contests!

    Well a dog biting an ankle isn't exactly a friendly gesture, especially if it hurt. Maybe he doesn't hate you...some things are just hard to understand, like RhiannonMari said, he/she might just be playing. Good job and nicely done!

    hmm.... did he really hate you or was it bein harshly playful? or did your ankle come off as a doggy toy? interesting... hope he didn't really hate you! *shrugs*
