I never thought I would
want to say them again-
Those three small words
were dead to me-
until you let me in
I never thought I would
succumb
to this sickness of the heart
But I never thought
I’d meet someone like you,
who pulled me back out of the dark.

You are a romantic at heart, of that I have no doubt and this is a short but great entry for this contest. I recently read the latest by Mchanical Angel called "Dusty Mouth", it speaks just the opposite of this write but the two of you girls never cease to amaze me. As I grow older it is the life in you that keeps me writing as young as I can. The emotion of love is something that almost any age can respond to. It is always great to see you in print my friend. its a very true, and common thing. anymore, who can say what love is? its like those "three little words" are perpetually dead to everyone... until you meet that someone. not just anyone.. SOMEone.. and they'll be able to share the heartache with you.. make the load lighter.. and everything seem brighter.. everyone needs that someone once in a while.. if just for a while.. good write.

The darkness can guide and move our hearts into a place where the light can shine through once more. This was elegantly beautiful and simplistic.
Thank you so much for entering my contest.
