A high pitched crazed laugh fills the air
It echos and comes from deep within a soul
It comes from deep within a tortured soul
After years of hiding the madness it arises
Her head falls back and her hands contort
Her back arches and her her pupils dialate
She becomes a twisted ball of flesh and bone
That falls backward to the hard wood floor
Though the laughter vanishes
Her body remains the rigid mess
Her mouth open wide to show gleaming white fangs
Her neck bent on a horrific angle
Her thought finally clear
She spins her body to an upright position
Back against the wall she looks
She looks into a reflection
She waves to it briefly
"Don't worry I'll be back soon'
Then she creeps out into the streets
Into the darkness of night
When she returns her hands are stained
With a sticky crimson liquid
She looks into her reflection again
It looks back
Laughing she whispers to it
'I'm free now, your not
We look so much the same
We are nothing alike
I went to see your family tonight
I stayed for dinner
I think I will like this side
much better'

Her back arches and her her pupils dialate
She becomes a twisted ball of flesh and bone
