You

You said that you always be there for me
You said you would always care
You said that you would never leave me
You lied to me
And now i am dead
How could you do this to me
I trusted you
And you betrayed me
I hate you
Go to hell
Die do something
Don't look at me like that
You left me here with dad
And you expected me to be nice
Boy dad was write you are stupid
And he had every reason to beat on you
I loved watching you bleed
And i love hearing you scream
And then he finally kills you
And my last words are
Bye bye mommy
I hope you know I hated you so

I had read that before, but for some reason didn't comment. Your emotion is felt here, but the bond between a mother and child goes deep!

    powerful

very sad poem but it speaks of something that is happening all around us far too often.. Many children watch as parents are beaten and they can not do anything to help... The minor errors in the poem, I feel gives character to the poem since this poem is about a family functioning in-error......  the really sad part is many times the kids think, many times, it is their fault.....  Good write.
