Great Horned Owl
With eyes of glass
Through the night
You're on the hunt

You hear the rodents
Ears so sharp
Killing your meals with
Precision, accuracy, and ease

You're a mighty bird
With grace and glory
your feathers so smooth
They make you shine

Call a lover
For only sometime
You give birth
With a clutch range of three

Great Horned majesty

Hold your head high

Spread your wings

Soar with the wind

This was a lovely poem. I think it would make the poem appear more elegant if you spelling out the word "three". Otherwise I think this is a beautiful portrait of this bird.
