A Small Nice Thing

I realize I'm not the best brother in all the world,
And I can comprehend that I'm no saint.
I also realize I rarely do nice things for you,
While you shower love upon me.
So here and now, I'll try right now.


Wherever you are, whatever you do,
You act as if the most important thing in the world.
You study your as -- mind out --, all for one simple test.
You study so much you go with so little rest,
For so many days.

You have the voie of a fuc -- freaking -- angel,
And no matter what she says, you're the leader of the band in my eyes.
You're the half of the brain that keeps everone else sane,
With your witty sarcstic remarks,
You bring laughter to the home.

You've always been there for me,
But not in a way you'd expect from a friend.
You were there for me to tell me to look at my life and not be depressed,
And you showed me why I shouldn't be pis -- angry --.
You were there to tell me I was showing to much affection to a girl I barely knew,
And you're the voice of sanity in my life.

You're the shi -- best -- at debates,
From gun control to heaven's gates,
You can always beat me,
[Which I don't like, you can probably see.]

I know you don't like cursing, and sometimes I still do,
[No less, in front of you!]
And for that I'm sorry, but I have a psychoactive tounge.
You could never be like that,
And I respect that so much.

In a world filled with drugs and all things unclean,
You managed to keep shining.
That's more than I can say for myself,
But all I know is, that to heaven you're rising.
