With pen in hand

With pen in hand
I go out in the world
To find what will inspire me
I search and find nothing
So with pen in hand
I walk home sad that I could not find a subject
And than I happens
I find the best subject I can have
My sadness my pain
my lack of soft emotions
I tack out the pen
I put all my feelings on the paper
I give it to friends
And I get told that it is the best they have ever seen
So With pen in hand
I venture deeper into myself
To find the one thing I need
My own sadness
It is what makes me who I am
It is what I need in this time of need
