What I liked:

This is a great poem. Being a Christian myself, I agree with everything you put on the list.

Suggestions for Improvement:

However, I would like to see a few things changed. First, 'Thank You, For...' should be changed to 'Thank you for...' as that is proper capitalization. Also, there were quite a few typos. Spellcheck would help you eliminate them.

Overall Impression:

Overall, not a bad job. Just keep writing and you will soon achieve perfection.

we can't thank god for creating us enough , for his grace and love and the blessings that we receive in our lives , we think what he endured in his life and the things he wen't through just for us so that we could have redemption for our sins and our strenghts so we could be forgiven , he gave us love and the power to overcome all obstacles , he fills our hearts with joy , peace , and forgiveness of others so he does the same for us and we live to praise and worship him and we can't thank him enough

Nice to see you so inwardly connected to your feelings and religion. The only critique I would offer is grammar oriented.. any references to God with "you or your" should be capitalized. Silly, I know.... but I thought you'd want to know if you didn't already.
