What does it take to get the truth from you
All I asked was for no more lies
You are my mother yet its you I despise
I should have knowen it would never change
I gave you a chance
You blew it again

Being a mother is something you know nothing about
The first rule is be honest
Don't lie to your kids

Why cant you be the same for me

All your asking for is a chance to break me again

Though you have no reason to doubt it

I have never understood why anyone would lie to their child . Nothing could ever be gained by it but I know my brotherinlaw his mom use to lie to him just to keep him from flying off the handle so bad . He would raise holly hell around her and truly be hateful and he didnt know it but he was her favorite she would do anything for him. only he thought she would do it because she was afraid of him.
