How can I speak to this, my center,
The ruling aspect of my life?
The words are old and worn,
And none can near suffice!
Many times I thought 'twas captured,
Only to be turned astray;
Then Lo my hope was answered,
The greatest, here to stay.
In a way most unexpected,
At a time of high despair;
With my rules in place, then broken
You came to my repair!
Author notes
Again, a thanks to my own personal kinght-in-shining-armor, Vic, for rescuing me from settling for less.
