My Aloe Ver,
ribs thick with flair,
my soul mate from eHarmony.
Who can resist
your succulence;
your saw like teeth disarming me?
If you issue
a cut or two,
you have the means to mend.
Just break and squeeze
as you appease;
once more you'll be my friend.
We'll dance all day
in sun's array;
spines quiv'ring with delight.
As eve draws nigh,
we'll share a sigh
as flesh beholds moonlight.

Haha creative idea. I like the poem, I just don't know if this is personification or not. It was not from to POINT OF VIEW of the cactus, it was written ABOUT the cactus... thank you for entering my contest and good luck.

Thanks for your comment. Funny thing is, eHarmony emphasizes their lengthy questionaire so they can match you up with "your soul mate" someone compatable to you in every way. Their service is $$$$ from what I understand.

Thank you for entering my contest and good luck. Thank you for the chuckle this morning. I actually go to these sites once and a while just to get a laugh from some of the profiles. I have never been to eHarmony, but I have to wonder if any of these actually work.
