I'm going to be honest in saying that this isn't the best cinquain I have ever read, however, I do think that it fits well with the picture provided, and has a good, meaningful tone.
Also, if you absolutely want to keep this as a cinquain, then disregard this part of the comment. However, I feel that if you lose the form factor, and merge "till death do" with "us part" that the flow and meaning would fit better. -
