The Raven perches in the Sakura tree,
Picking at the petals.
The branches sway lovingly,
Caressing its wings with a breeze.

After flying too far.
He always came back.

To the Sakura tree.

The Sakura tree would await
The Raven,
In an everlasting
Pain of longing.

The tree would reach out
With her warm embrace,
But never could she catch
That evading bird.

The Raven took flight,
And flew far,

    The Sakura tree is a beautiful thing. The raven an image of a heart's hope for the tree. The constant give and take between the two of the resting and giving comfort whenever possible. This was sweet.

    yes it does give a good affect to the poem its nice,i like how you wrote about cherry blossom tree waiting it was a little sad,i know sakura means cherry blosom in japan .well nice jod anyway i loved it truly.
