I got a tear in my pocket
and a heart on my sleave,
lies that keep coming
and pain that won't go away.
Everyone can tell
somethings not right
but will anyone ask
not a chance in this life.
We all know her story
we all know her role
we've all played her caracter
we've all been in the show.
She met this guy
fell in love
thought it was perfect
thought it was forever.
Well she thought wrong
he changed his mind.
We all been there
we know it all to well.
She cried alittle
he moved on.
She couldn't do it
she wanted him back.
Time heals all wounds
but not fast enough
cause it hurts we all know
waiting for it to move on.
I got a tear in my pocket
and a heart on my sleave,

We all know how it feels
and there's nothing we can do.
Just lie and say were fine
while time mends the wounds.
Author notes
I'm never sure what's the authors comment anymore so I'll do it here. Its just about the break up. We all know how it is and how in time we get over it but right after if it was really there for us its hard. I love the Stanza I got a tear in my pocket and a heart on my sleave....that was the whole base for it.

love those lines: "I got a tear in my pocket
and a heart on my sleave," Reminds me of an old song.."Got an angel on my shoulder"..I don't know why, I just hear that tune.
