Young Artist

For most of my life being artistic was more of a curse then a gift, but during the past two years I have experienced the true joy that art can bring. The time that I lived at Midway was one of the most creative periods in my life. At Midway I was encouraged to be creative and it was during this time that my artistic and creative nature flourished. Through art I am able to express myself when I cannot find the words to speak. Art has helped me through many hard points in my life, and the truth is that I’m not sure I would have survived depression if it weren’t for art. Creativity flows through my blood, and that is something that I’m no longer willing to hide. My goal in life is to share my love of art with the world. I know that I’m not the best or the most creative artist on this earth, but that’s not important to me. I wish that everyone could find their inner artist and let their creative juices flow endlessly.
