I'm in love with a boy.
He's in love with me.
Isn't that the happy ending?
There shouldn't be more story.
But we're not together.
I'm wasting this year.
A moment without him,
is a moment in tear.
I think of him always.
I talk to him a lot.
I know that he wants me.
Just maybe..he forgot.
There are so many memories,
of him chasing me.
The most recent one?
Oh, let me see.
Driver's Ed, he admitted his crush.
Then in the park, straight to my face,
I remember my blush.
At the movies, he asked me out.
I got my first boyfriend.
Maybe I could've gone without.
But we were so happy,
I was so shy.
He thought I was cute.
I discovered he was my perfect guy.
We dated a while,
his mom disapproved.
We waited a while.
Was it a sign that we're doomed?
Finally again,
I was safely called his.
With that boy my boyfriend,
Along came his protection.
I liked just the sound,
of saying I was taken.
But not by any old boy.
No, don't get mistaken.
My boy was hot, loving, and funny.
He lit up my world after I'd given up on sight.
He showed me levels of joy I hadn't known existed.
If only I'd realized this then, maybe I might..
I might not have used him,
thrown him around!
Instead of being embarrassed,
would have loved him out loud!
Maybe we wouldn't have broken up,
four or more times!
Maybe we would still be happy,
be friends, share our lives!
But I did what I did,
and that boy did the same.
What happened, happened.
And it's not going to change.
Who knows where we'll end up from here?
Maybe we'll stay the same.
He'll do what makes him happy.
I wouldn't have it any other way.
But a girl can't help but think..
What if she were worth her perfect boy's while?
Especially when she's felt it before,
