In my times of quiet desperation
when I question my existence
I come to you to help me find my way
to find the love within myself
so that I am open to receiving the blessings
the universe offers me
At times I am weary and hurt
from the trials of life
needing strength to face the days and nights
Teach me to reach out to the stars
allowing them to shine on my life
Embrace me with your wings of love and peace
encompassing me with a manifestation of
love within me at a deeper level
Listening to the vibrations of the earth
I will achieve my full potential and realize
my life’s purpose
Let me feel the force fueling the
light, guiding me
Visualizing a heart shape that is pink
This is my connecting energy
knowing that I have the power
to open and heal my chakras
anchoring me to the ground,
earth centre and mother earth herself.
I set my burdens free
Being joyful through this transitional time
As I come to the end of one cycle
And the beginning of another

I am Archangel Chamuel, and with me, My Beloved Consort Charity. We serve on the Third Ray, for the Heart of God, of Love. But, I come today to project from My Heart the most intense Ray of Love. The Love Ray, beloved hearts, that will not be stopped, will not be interfered with, but will go on-and keep going until it finds it's Home back in the Great Central Sun.

I see that you are also acquainted with the science of the seven rays, which makes me smile ... since the third ray is also the ray of creative intelligence, people whose souls are overshaded by this ray, have the gift of concretely putting the qualities of love and service into action (while others may only philosophize about it

What drew me to this poem is the title. Before I say anything further, I'd like to say that I love the title of this poem and the cute little picture posted above the poem. Wonderful use of assonance and alliteration in the poem. Vivid and expressive imagery makes this all the more powerful to the reader.
My most favourite lines in the poem are:
"Listening to the vibrations of the earth
I will achieve my full potential and realize
my life’s purpose"
and the last four as well.

I really enjoyed the entirity of this , but it is stanza 5 that to me is the strongest. It reaches and touches beyond the superficial, and aknowledges the power and strength within [that which we all have , but so seldom use], and therefore becomes a very hopeful write. I also liked that in your author note you mention the Consort of this Archangel, as well as the Third Ray etc [quite informative]. I am trying to get an entry in , but I have done so much reading on this topic [fascinating btw], that my Muse is refusing to sort it all out and come up with something intelligentGreat job here and best wishes in the contest,
