    I have PSP 9 could I do this in that program and if so how would I even start????

      I've spent a LOT of time playing with the tools and deciphering PSP 9. This was all done in PSP 9.

      One way to begin to learn is to copy a large, clean (hires) picture from the internet and just "play" with it in the program. Go to the effects column and try lots of stuff out. To go backwards, hit the green back arrow key, which will change your last move.

      I did a lot of things to this tag and background, too numerous to write a tutorial.

      After awhile, lots of things become second nature. I'm always learning, though. There's still stuff I've yet to conquer.
