I have missed you so much
Wherever you might be now
I'm longing to keep in touch
You see a heart full of love
Each time you take a look
With many thoughts of you
You read me like a book
True feelings I have shared
I have shown whenever I write
Because I am forever hoping
That our hearts would unite
Words would flow easily
Remember back when
You gave me the reason
To pick up my pen
Yet thoughts give reason
That I need to express
Since I think of you often
In fact more not less
Emotions need releasing
Even the sad and blue
So I still attempt to write
Although I miss you
Because I had no closure
My feelings never wane
I write down my thoughts
Thinking of you again
I hope my thoughts reach you
Here in the words I convey
Can you sense my longing
As I missed you more each day
I hope you are touched
By the poem I just sent
Words written from my heart
Those true feelings were meant
I have written you poems
Many, many times before
But these words in this poem
Shall hopefully touch you more
In the poem I had penned
Its another from me to you
Hoping my thoughts still count
In the same way they used to do
What will be on your mind
While reading this through
Can you see it was my intention
Written with hope of reaching you
Perhaps you have decided
To leave all the past behind
Yet I am writing to let you know
You're in my heart on on my mind
