of course the day had a pretty bad start, as you know...

i am tired.
i am vexed.
i could eat a lovely mess
of
sticks and
snails and
puppy dog tails and
little marigolds all in a row,
in tow...

Oh the brakes squeak.
Oh what a lovely treat.

My baby is back home again!

(take a deep breath, its
four in the morning,
4:20 to almost be exact...

Oh crap.
Take my bat,
and let me don my hat

for the fellow
in the yellow undergarments
of a pinky tailed rodeo...

(now that didnt make sense!)

telepathy. i am telling ya.

that is the way to go.

or squinting your eye,
like a one-eyed Blackbeard
who yells
"HARDY!"
at each bleating minute...

Now the box is empty and heavy
with emptiness.
I must withdraw to the freezer
for a smoke...

Jingle jingle at the door,
kerplunk Baby your up!

(we actually had a great night)

Serendipity... "kerplunk Baby your up!" And I hope it's a home run, fer sure. This makes me think of the landscape poem on your author page, the shadows cast amd the lace of sunshine, too, which we don't always see in the tapestry of life. You made me smile this morning, and it is 3:24 a.m. to be exact.

    Be blessed! ~ Karen
