Hi!
Do you need a friend?
I could be your friend!
We could get in and out of so much trouble
And throw popcorn at people in the mall!
Even though we are old enough to be "mature adults,"
How about a round of ding-dong-ditch?
We could drive around
and blast the music.
Why not pack our bags
and go on an adventurous road trip?
If we run out of gas...
Well... We'll figuire something out.
We could run up the "down" escalator
And run down the "up" escalator
Both of us being hopeless romantics...
We could stay up all night and talk about guys.
We could be the best of friends!
And have so much fun!

YES! It's like a walk down memory lane! Sometimes I miss those days.... how funny would that be if a couple of adults ran around acting like that? I get a bit like that when I'm with my sisters. Awww now I miss my sisters dang it! Anyways... thanks for the big ol' smile

i think this is actually pretty good. at first i was like im probably not going to like this. but as is started to read it, i liked it. just the flow is really good, and it makes me laugh. which is good. thanx for entering my contest and good luck

I laugh at this poem because I am a youth pastor and can relate to this kind of stuff. It is good to remember how to laugh and enjoy life. Thanks for the write.
