Which Road Today?

There is a place that I know
Where the wind comes, but does not go
And while it stays, it stands with me
Because I am caged, but always free

I chose my road a long time ago
I went along the rivers flow
And followed the noch'silune
A brightness that flew beyond the moon

I chose not the prototypical non-confomist
So many have fallen to that fell list
Her raging fire to my jagged ice
My heart is in this road, I know my price

A simple road in a straight line
It is sometimes hard to see the sun shine
But the woods are lovely dark and deep
I have almost made it and will not sleep

So which road will I take today
I think that maybe I shall stay
True to the course of which I run
Their is life in the trees brighter than the sun.
