In my heart and soul

Keeping me alive
Making me feel safe
Always there in my soul and in my heart
Nothing can keep us apart
Even though she is not here on earth
Even though she is part of everyone's past
In my heart she still remains
Showing me how to live keeping my life sane

I look up to her she was so strong
Couldnt walk, barely could talk
Yet still she fought on
I cried when I saw her
When I thought about all of her pain
Yet when I was with her
It seemed to all go away

She was the one who listened and cared
The one I could expect to always be there
I loooked in her beautiful eyes
A week before she died
If I had known that I wasnt going to get to say goodbye
I  would have spent the day with her
I would let her know she was my world
The one I admire is still with me
Always forever in my memory
