FAMILY DYSFUNCTION
Far from making amends, hostility around every corner
Always finding a reason for everything, never admitting the truth
Making the worst out of an easy to resolve situation
Ideas never seeming to work for the better every day
Love is just another word, nothing is for certain, not anymore
Yellow stains and cracks on the hearts of everyone in the home
Doesn't anyone even care about anything that happens around here anymore?
Young and old clash for such senseless reasons
So many excuses, no one takes responsibility for anything
Feelings of anger and animosity linger within hearts
Understanding each other is something we choose not to do
Never asking how the other feels, bottled up frustrations continue to build up
Can't seem to get past the hard feelings and just say sorry
Tomorrow will be the same as today, as it was yesterday
Insecurities will build and continue to eat us alive
Opening of hearts and communication lines seem so far away from here
Normalcy doesn't exist here, just pure old family dysfunction
