so what's wrong?
why the physical pain,
when it should be emotional bliss?
what are you hiding?
or are you just running,
running blind, in figure eights?
how many times must your
head throb, or your body ache...
before you can hold her,
and never let go?
you feared being alone,
all of your life...
so now that you aren't,
it seems that you are doing
everything in your power
to make it feel like you're alone...
why?
is it unwillingly?
are you afraid of dependency?
are you afraid of happiness?
as long as you are
a kid in fear,
you will always be
a kid.
Please tell me what you think

This is great and so true to life!
We often spend so much time trying
to find someone to share the rest
of our lives with. Some of us seem
to embrace it and others can't for
whatever reason. Well done with this
and thanks for sharing it here!

Oh man, the last stanza was wonderful, I mean the whole poem was wonderful but man, the last stanza blew me away. This was a very good write, and thanks for the read.

Man, you just described the stories of my relationships. The last stanza was amazing, I couldn't believe how true it sounded but couldn't believe more that I never saw it from that view. It sounded so obvious, that's what hit the hardest. I'd definitely love to read more from you, and look forward to it.
