Before you my love...

Moment now I savor  your flowery prose,
Trickling down thy eternal sacred tongue,
Your view so powered, so haunts ,of which,
Rightfully were great fairy tales  and poetry sung .

Maiden fair, this mortal endears to  you,
Within this moment and will forever,
So to the demons of my heart which thee command
With love’s  heavenly passion and pains fervor.

Greatest of legends have and will be sung,
By silenced poets and awed nobles alike,
Of your shadow, of the grace of your feet,
As waltz they into  the eternal night .

Listen my soul cinder my love,
Kindled by thy smile’s flame,
Beyond my vision, beyond your heart,
Is the love I relish and curse the same.

Show me my sunshine, shadowed by your smile,
As surpassing time your light shall remain,
In the air that I breathe, in the ashes of my self,
As the Creator shall not dare this love to stain.

Might He meet me once  and once alone,
For all I have but to ask  him for a bless,
As a promise, a pleasure,a curse ,
That I should cease , before my love for you does…………

    Dark Prose

This is a finely written piece, I love the layers that lure and invite me to follow. Nicely written.
