I call her Sunshine
For she brightens up my day
She warms my heart
Makes blue skies out of gray
She’s a shining star
She always makes me smile
It hurts my heart
When I don’t see her for awhile
I call her Sunshine
She brings a smile upon my face
She’s such a beauty
Makes my heart begin to race
There is no other
That could begin to compare
So warm and gentle
A gem special and rare
I call her Sunshine
For she makes the songbirds sing
I do so love her
To me, she’s everything
I’ve got to tell her
How she fills my heart
I need her with me
And never shall we part
