The Seven Seas Collective

Well hello there dear,
Now don't be shy...
Lend me your ears and rent me your eyes.
I have a story that I need to tell
Its tall and short and scary as hell...

But don't be worried
Curb your fright,
And please darling - would you hit the lights?
Now carefully if you please
Repeating is not too fun
Hear my tale of the fall of seas
To the Rule of Capicot Tun.

Now Tun is a fish of poor circumstance,
As in, he's always quite late,
But such is expected from fish as Tun
For Capicot is a Jellyfish of the Sun

Now as everyone knows of Capicot
One thing never bored his mind
Though he wasn't all too bright
Was the idea of space and tides.
So he suited up in his boxer briefs and set out for the moon
He changed the tides and told some lies
And was back a quarter past noon.

The whales and krill and feathered slugs all hated Capicot Tun
And so they devised a wicked way to kill that filthy scum.
Now Capicot was very pleased and so began a song
And so the offspring did comply and softly sing along
"Touch us touch us if you please"
Sang the jellifish sons....

As all do know of jellyfish, touching is not too wise
But Capicot was stubourn see?
You can see....(you do have eyes?)
Krill are small but vile kin
And so the deed was thiers
To touch and murder Capicot and his tenor heirs.

They touched dear old Capicot
They caressed his tuneless sons
And as is custom of thier kind,
They exploded with sparkles and bubble gum.
So now the sea is quiet and the tides are back in place
For Capicot Tun and his school
Were the end of that jellyfish race.

Only we remember now the turbulent days of yore
As we still have glitter burning our eyes

Here on the seabed floor.
