Passing Through

Missing image
I have come to the end of my journey,
feeling a sense of peace and solitude,
I am a silent witness,
to the aftermath of Armegeddon.

My steps are frozen,
eerie sounds surround me
as I view the whirlwind
of destruction.

At the end of the road,
I see wonders,
my view to the
light of Paradise.

The strands of my soul
are drawn, curling
towards the Light,
the realm of forever happiness.

While I hear evil sounds
surrounding me,
I forge ahead,
choosing to follow the road
to a future bright with promise.

I am drawn by His light
to greet the dawn of forever,
my haven of peace.

The evil cannot touch
a soul guided by His light...

I like your picture - open doorway to the sun.
But it appears to go down - easy way to run
I wonder if the negative could be reversed
And in that way bad attitudes might be inversed.
Because I think a picture, with an upward climb
Is more realistict-ly, right upon the dime
And conveys more readily the struggle we free
When we deliberately climb consciousnesses tree.

    Beautiful interpretation

to this picture. We need not fear the dark when we walk in the light of our Lord.
    "The evil cannot touch
a soul guided by His light"... Is my favorite phrase but maybe stronger as "No evil can touch
a soul guided by His light..."
