back when i didn't know which way to feel
back when pain was all i had to give
the reflections of my life life
I see the lessons that i learned
now i know HEARTBRAKE dont exist
when it's been torn apart by LOVE


I used to through a fit
I used to shut it out and blame it on a man
but that was me then
this is me now you gotta understand

It's about how we respect ourself and no one else has no control of our self esteem and when we see that then we can let go
