i wish i could
forget
unlearn
not know
ignore
stop
  it all

but wishes
are just wishes
nothing but
hopes
dreams
yearnings
  dashed against
  the cold concrete

  of life.

    *sighs again* this was a really sad and depressing poem...but really good. i like it a lot. but damnit, shiny love is possible! it has to be! right? cause if all those things aren't possible...how good can the future be? *becomes hysterical* aaaah! right. calming down now.

      amusingly, i didnt actualy mean that shiny love was impossible. i meant that happy, fun, nice, shiny, and love (all seperately) were impossible. i just realized it could be taken to mean that all the adjectives describe love, but they werent written to. though i guess it works that way too. ^_^ and i dont really believe theyre impossible.. just wrote it.
