Author notes
I was inspired by a song called C'est la vie, by Vanessa Carlton, and a contest that I wasn't able to enter because I was having trouble rhyming.
It's in French, and because I'm not very fluent in other languages, it may seem a bit choppy, but it was such a good idea (ou bonne idée!) I just had to give it a shot.
Translation:
Purple and blue,
Red is green, and yellow is pink,
it's the world, it's beautiful,
it's true, it's false.
when it rains,
the sun, it waits
lots of colors,
I love, I'm sad, it's beautiful,
but yes, that's life.
(Did I say choppy?)
Please tell me what you think

Cool
It's always neat to experiment with poems in other languages. Im taking a french class next year for this exact reason. You should keep doing things like this. they are very different and neat.
