This thought has weighed on my mind
Though it swirls about undefined
It is so hard to explain
But no one can fain
That in some point in their life
They have not felt the same strife
And everyone at some time
Has commited some crime
That later they regret
Because life is a roulette
We gamble with our emotions
The ones that don't drown in them like an ocean
We all live and learn
A new lesson awiats around every turn
Maturity never ends
We always will have something for which we need to make amends
Each year,month,and even day
More errors in our past we see and they start to seem like they outweigh
The current present that is going right
We dwell on the wish that our bygone days we could rewrite
We know not who has forgiven our blunders
Has our actions changed the course of a friendship we wonder
In a perfect world feelings would not go unseen
They would be spoken free, then life could reconvene
People would understand normal human flaws
Insecurity, love, and depression would only cause a temporary pause
In this who agrees
Or is this a senseless plea
Will this be mistaken
As a insecure child's venting of anger at not being taken
Yes a message through this I may imply
But does that mean that this you should just dismiss and defy
Instead of saying this girl has issues
She should just find solace with a box of tissues
Try considering how you really feel toward your friends
If someone were to slander them would you defend
If they were to make you mad
Would you go on like it was nothing and to the fire just add
Or would you swallow your pride
And not let any problem go untried
Yes,I know some of you about this are sick of hearing
Yes, I know you might even be sneering
I know this will probably from my friendships subtract
But which of ones of you have the nerves enough to this react
To bring it up in discussion
To not think about the reprocussion
Even though you may think it dumb
Remeber I'm not the only one
To feel the same worries
So put aside your hurries
Talk to your friends
Tell them why you will be with them to the end
No matter how ignorant you think they are for feeling this way
Listen to what they have to say
Some of it may be valid
Though it may sound corny enough to be in a ballad
To those of you this may offend
Take your head out of your rear end
If you have a problem with me bring it up
Tell me to go to hell or shut up
Tell me if I piss you off
Don't just pretend to talk to me and then silently scoff
As I near the end I begin to relize
Just how stupid this makes me look in some people's eyes
Poor pathetic little child
So insecure,so mild
Well those of you who know me in that may see a hint of truth
But know that my feelings are those that haunt many a youth
