I'm being led astray by my black fickle pen
It tricksies my mind
And writes down my thoughts
And runs away with ideas.
I try to stop it
But it has me under control
How do escape from its grasp ?
Oh my God it's doing it again
It's writing stuff
All on its own,
So just remember when your reading through this
I'm not writing at all,
It's not me it my black fickle pen
That's written all you have read....

I do that alot. I sit...visualize my mind opening....then I let things in and it is amazing what I end up with. Message, beauty, sadness, all kinds of things.

Have you seen the Lord of the Rungs movies? This puts me in mind of the way Gollum speaks in them. It has a nice concept to it, but doesn't read like a poem much, more like prose with the lines broken up. Line 8, the 'god' should be capitalised, and on line 11 it should be 'you're', not 'your'. Lines would look nicer capitalised as well. This has potential, thank you for entering.
