Imagination

In the Basilisks' Temple
we sacrifice plastic Lambs
to give to mock gods
Artificial laughter
lost in the rubble of betrayal
Hissed syllables of
tribal rituals
rattle to stir the grave
Spoken in tongues of suicide
and betrayal
Dormant whimpers blaze
and shine in tints of
spilled heracy and forgotten
ceremonys
Slaughter litters paradise
as juggernauts trample
scattered dream-like holograms
and Buddah trophies
Shards of desperation
lie in dust on the floor
War tore the world apart
and shattered the fiberglass rosary
of the dreamer
Consciousness lies cleaved
and fragmented in the essence
of once brilliant dreams
Nomads wander across desperation
opening tombs of maggots and shadows
in search for paradise
Prisoners scream in
salty decay
as they lie behind bars of
nightmares and lost salvation
Judgment favors the slaughtered
in the catacombs and graveyards
of used-to-be imagination
