Oda Al Chili

El Chili,
Tú tienes un alma de fuego.
Tu corazón queda con pasión.
Los colores de tu piel
dice de tu pasión y tus muchos sabores:
    Verde, suave y dulce;
    Amarillo, tiene una bocado pequeña;
    Rojo, un fuego hondo;
    Anaranjado, la pasión más grande.

El fuego es caliente,
es tu defensa.
Pero el sabor abre los senditos.
Hace la persona más libre a otras sabores.
Dulce es más dulce,
Agrio es más agrio.

Agua no puede
poner fin a la quemadura.
El agua enfurece el fuego.
Nada puede poner fin
a el sabor
del chili.

Ode to the Chili

The chili,
You have a sole of fire.
Your heart burns with passion.
The colors of your skin
tell of your passion and your many flavors:
    Green, smooth and sweet;
    Yellow, has a little bite;
    Red, a deep fire;
    Orange, the largest passion.

The fire is hot,
it is your defense.
But the flavor opens the senses.
They make a person more open to other flavors.
Sweet is sweeter,
Sour is more sour.

Water is not able
to put an end to the burning.
The water infuriates the fire.
